HI I'M TANIA

And I create gratitude and wellness tools to help busy parents inspire grateful and growing kids.

Between working full time, kids school, sports and dance (oh the dance!) as well as my own endless to-do list, I don't find it at all easy to stay mindful for myself, let alone my kids.

So my husband Josh and I started by creating little habits at the end of each day before bed. It has made such a difference to our connection to our kids and to how they view their world.

And now we have grown this to share with parents and families just like you and yours!

It genuinely means so much to us that you are here with us on this journey too 💖

HOW IT ALL STARTED...

When the kids were really little (about 3 and 5 I think!) we found things so tough. Covid had hit, work was non-existent, the world had gone mad...

So we started a little ditty in house to the theme of this old man. It wasn't at all in tune, but we'd sing...

"This old man, he played one, he played nick-knack on my thumb with a nick-knack paddy whack give a dog a bone, this old man... wants to know what you are grateful for today [insert name of person]".

And we'd work our way through everyone and ask who they are grateful for, who they are proud of and what they are looking forward to tomorrow.

And do you know what? It change our entire perspective. It created a few minutes each day, with routine the kids loved, to stop and connect with each other.

We've built on this over the years in different ways, but always connecting back to our three questions. I know this would make a difference for your family too.

My day doesn't start until I've had snuggles with my kids and a cup of tea (or two!) ☕

I truly believe we can make the world a better place with gratitude - one small thankful heart at a time 💛

My happy place is somewhere where I can see the ocean, with lots of snacks and happy kids playing nearby 🌊

I started KWG because I want to help parents raise kind, confident and grounded kids - and remind myself to slow down too ☀️

Gratitude wasn't in my wheel house growing up - it is something I have had to learn, and keep learning, every day a bit better 🌈

My dream is simple: to help people 🦋

I'd love to get to know you too!

Gratitude for kids

Consistency and predictability is key when starting a new habit - especially for children. Our gratitude worksheets for kids focus on three key questions. You can ask them at the dinner table, or make an activity out of writing it all down. The key is to get them thinking about what makes them calm, connected and joyful every day.

Discover the difference within a few weeks when your kids are thinking positively and looking for the good in everything they see and do!

We change this freebie regularly, so keep a watch on Instagram for the latest designs.
